This site's owner will not be liable for any damages of any kind including alleged damages stemming from the misuse of this site, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Price: The price is clearly disclosed on the website. You will be billed as a one time flat rate at the time of your purchase. Therefore, you will only be charged once. The current pricing structure displayed on the website may be subject to future change at any time, but will not affect orders prior to the date of change.
Placing an Order. When filling out this site’s forms, it is your responsibility to provide a valid address and phone number(s). There may be an occasion(s) during the preparation of your documents when you will be needed to be reached. Failure to provide a valid email address and/or phone number(s) will negatively affect the order process. A delay(s) will incur, and possibly a violation of the terms and conditions of the terms of service. Cancellation and refund due to this failure are at the sole discretion of the owner of this site.
Testimonials: If you submit a testimonial(s) in connection with your work and/or achievement(s), EagleSalesResumes.com believes the testimonial(s) to be valid, accurate and true. EagleSalesResumes.com reserves the right to correct typing or grammatical errors and revise testimonials prior to use. In the event this testimonial(s) proves to be incorrect, invalid, adversely modified by you prior to submitting it to the site, or completely false, you further acknowledge and agree that EagleSalesResumes.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused, or alleged to be caused, by or in connection with the testimonial(s) in question.

Payment Issues: In the event your payment doesn’t clear, you will be notified of this. In instances where the payment failure is not due to a service/technical issue(s) on the part of PayPal, work on your documents ceases immediately until a resolution is attained. Failure to successfully resolve non-payment will result in immediate termination of your application to EagleSalesResumes.com in its entirety.
Delivery of Your New Job Search Documents, and Delays: You will receive your new documents within 2-3 business days of your payment's clearing. It will be sent in a zip file to the email address you provided. Note: Any significant delays on your part to provide important information will significantly impede the delivery time of your job search documents. Such delays lasting more than three business days will result in immediate termination of your application to EagleSalesResumes.com in its entirety.
Cancellations and Refunds: This is a service-based business and digital products cannot be physically returned, EagleSalesResumes.com does not offer cancellations or refunds unless otherwise agreed at the sole discretion of the site’s owner.
Revisions: After you receive the final draft of your new documents, you are entitled to contact EagleSalesResumes.com within 5 (five) business days to request any necessary revisions. You can make this request either by phone or email. Revisions requested during this time period will be free. You acknowledge that the advice and expertise of the resume writer may be offered during instances of certain revision requests as part of the services provided since it is assumed that you are pursuing assistance for this exact reason. However, if you choose not to accept the advice of the writer, you may request specific revisions to the content of the documents. Any request for revisions starting the 6th business day will incur a flat $75.00 fee.
